A Storge nursing visit usually runs 45 to 75 minutes. It opens with a conversation, not a clipboard: how has the week gone, what hurt, what improved, what worried you.
From there the nurse reviews vital signs, medication adherence and any wound or device care. Blood pressure trends over four weeks tell us far more than a single reading, so everything is charted and shared with the attending physician.
We also assess the home itself — lighting, rug edges, stair rails, bathroom transfers. Roughly a third of the interventions we recommend cost nothing at all.
Every visit closes with a written summary for the family, so the person who could not be there still knows exactly what happened.
