FAQ

The questions families ask us first

If yours is not here, call the coordinator line — we answer questions whether or not you become a client.

How quickly can care start?+

Most families have a nurse assessment within 48 hours and caregivers in the home within three to five days. Urgent hospital discharges can often be covered same-day.

Is there a minimum number of hours?+

Yes — visits are a minimum of four hours so there is time to do things properly rather than rush. Nursing visits are billed per visit.

Do we get to choose our caregiver?+

Always. You meet caregivers before care begins, and if the fit is not right we rematch without any awkward conversation on your part.

Can we speak to someone before committing?+

Yes. Book a free consultation to discuss further — there is no cost and no obligation, and we are reachable 24/7.

Are your caregivers insured and background-checked?+

Every caregiver is a screened employee — never a contractor — with criminal background checks, reference verification, liability insurance and bonding.

What if needs change suddenly?+

Plans are reviewed monthly and can be changed any day. Our on-call nurse line runs 24/7 for clinical questions.

Do you provide dementia care?+

Yes. Our dementia-certified leads build memory-supportive routines and train both caregivers and family members.

Can you coordinate with our doctor?+

We share visit documentation with the primary physician and attend appointments when it helps.
